On September 1st, 2019, Hurricane Dorian Struck the Abaco Islands
Green Turtle Cay was pummeled with sustained winds of 185 mph and gusts over 250 mph. Lillian’s sustained significant damage during the storm as did most of the island.
She lost her hat and did not like people seeing her so exposed, but she has been making her comeback! She will absolutely be in her Sunday best soon! She is strong! We anticipate her shining in all her former glory in the Fall of 2022. Stay tuned!
